It’s for those who were in the military not the wannabe’s who just want the connection. I’m against never-have-been’s joining because it was never designed for them. That includes: Active Duty members of the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, National Guard and Space Force. Delayed Entry Program (DEP) candidates.
